• Minimum $10 million
• 100% Project Financing.

PROJECT TYPES

• ‘Private & Public’ and ‘Private-Public-Partnerships’ (PPP).
• International projects in stable countries, across all industry sectors.
• Only quality projects with validated solid future growth, cashflow & good management will be approved.

TYPE OF LOAN

• Open & Interest-only loans (monthly interest payment).
• Full principal repayment at end of loan term.
• Loan Term is usually between 5 to 10 years - will consider up to 20 years case-by-case.

INTEREST RATE

• 1st 12 months interest-free (case-by-case)
• Fixed and Variable interest rates paid monthly
• Rates would be provided upon submission
